Improving lives of LGBT cancer survivors and those at risk by:
EDUCATING the LGBT community about increased cancer risks
TRAINING health providers to offer culturally-competent, safe and welcoming care; and
ADVOCATING for LGBT survivors in research.
New Ways Ministry
Addresses discrimination against lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer persons in the Catholic Church. Promotes justice and equality for LGBTQ+ people within the larger Christian and civil communities.
